I'm teaming with Antonia T LeNguyen and Cowface Yoga Studio in Vienna to schedule a Food / Drink / Golf / Yoga retreat in late May, early June 2018. Researching best in class venues now. 4 days of golf on a top 10 US course, yoga before your rounds (trust me, you'll play better after yoga than hitting 5 buckets of balls) and then I cook dinner with wine and whiskey. Incredible discoveries when you pick a sea urchin right out of the sea - the females are purple and man, do those spikes move a lot. Their taste is the perfect balance of sweet and salt with a nutty finish - mind blowing for sea urchin lovers. Chef Jon
